Payment is available via Credit Card, personal check, agency check, or cash. When paying by check or cash, your seat is "reserved" pending payment received within 30 days. Government purchase orders may also be accepted upon request. Please mail to:

Cancellations will be accepted for a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee if FTG is notified prior to 30 days from the first day of class. A refund of 50% of fees paid will be granted within 30 days of first day of class. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Student substitutions will be allowed in lieu of a refund.
Forensic Training Group does not set minimum enrollment requirements, thus will rarely need to cancel a course, except for uncontrollable circumstances. However, students that are traveling long distance should contact us prior to purchasing airline tickets to confirm course status.
We offer the opportunity for agencies to host courses at the location of their choice. This allows students to participate in our professional development training closer to home. Forensic Training Group has provided this opportunity to thousands of students all over the United States and other countries.
The host agency provides the classroom and other requirements specific to the course, and we handle the rest. Our office will handle promotion, registration, and will provide course materials and expert instructors.
Additionally, depending on the number of enrollments and classroom size, we will offer seats to the training at no cost.
