All open course registrations will be made through our online process by clicking HERE. Payment is available via Credit Card, personal check, agency check, or cash. When paying by check or cash, your seat is "reserved" pending payment received within 30 days. Government purchase orders may also be accepted upon request.
If a student needs to cancel an enrollment, a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee will be granted if FTG is notified prior to 30 days from the first day of class. A refund of 50% of fees paid will be granted within 30 days of first day of class. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Student substitutions will be allowed in lieu of a refund.
Forensic Training Group does not set minimum enrollment requirements, thus will rarely need to cancel a course, except for uncontrollable circumstances. However, students that are traveling long distance should contact us prior to purchasing airline tickets to confirm course status.
